Individual Support Plan

We offer individual support for families, providing practical strategies that are personalised to your child’s unique profile and your family’s circumstances. Our process begins with an in-depth assessmentof your child’s strengths, challenges, and environment. From there, we create a tailored support planthat includes clear, actionable steps you can implement at home and share with school or other professionals.

Whether you’re looking for guidance on communication and interaction, sensory needs, emotional regulation, daily routines, or behaviour that feels hard to understand, we can work alongside you to build confidence and clarity.

Child's Observations

We offer specialist observations in school, nursery, or home settings to build a clear understanding of a child’s needs. Each observation explores areas such as engagement and attention, communication and interaction, readiness for learning and cognition, self-care and independence, emotional regulation, sensory differences, and social skills. Findings are brought together into a comprehensive, strengths-based report with clear formulation and practical recommendations. Our reports can support EHCP applications, specialist referrals, and Disability Living Allowance claims, helping families and professionals plan the right support.

Assessment

We offer a range of specialist assessments to build a clear understanding of your child’s unique profile. We also provide sensory profiling to explore how your child experiences the world — from sound and touch to movement and emotional regulation — and how this impacts learning and daily life.
